Job description for DevOps Engineer at Lawencon International
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or QA Engineer.
- Experience in setting up, configuring, and maintaining environments, both Virtual Machine-based (Linux) and container-based (Docker).
- Experience in deploying applications using CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficient in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience and understanding of Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of database fundamentals (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Experience in managing resources in Cloud environments as well as On-Premise infrastructure.
- Proficient in using Linux command line and has basic scripting skills (Shell/Bash or Python).
- Good understanding of application/infrastructure monitoring and logging using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack.
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer certification is a plus.
Job Description:
- Develop plans and methods for managing test environments, including QA and staging environments, to support system/application testing in accordance with system design.
- Ensure the availability and readiness of testing environments (QA and staging) to effectively support system/application testing processes.
- Coordinate with related functions to support synergy in quality assurance management and platform improvement, including collaboration with IT functions within the Financial Conglomeration.
- Ensure that all work activities are properly documented in the form of BA (Minutes of Meeting), SOP Verification, CM (Change Management), SR (Service Request), and/or other technical documents in accordance with regulations.
