Job description for DevOps Engineer ( fulltime remote ) at PT Mediatechindo
An experienced DevOps Engineer ( Fultime Remote ) with a for designing a strong ability to work as a team. Responsible to design and develop highly reliable, fault-tolerant systems for designing requirements into optimized web or mobile apps. Able to translate business requirement to technical solutions.
Job Description:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation as it relates to server and network topology, equipment, and configuration
- Participate in the creation, maintenance, testing, and execution of the Disaster Recovery Plan
- Continue to evolve the use of automation and configuration management
- Participate in after-hours upgrades, maintenance troubleshooting, and on-call availability as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent problem solving and effective research skills
- Experience using the Linux operating system, especially Centos
- Experience using Web Server (nginx, apache)
- Experience using RDBMS (PostgresSQL, MySQL)
- Understanding about CI/CD and also using tools like Jenkin, Travis CI
- Familiar using container : OKD, Kubernetes, Openshift
- Have knowledge about Storage Technologies, glassterFS dan CEPH
- AWS Cloud experience is required (EKS, ECS, ECR, EC2, S3, RDS, EBS, IAM, VPC, SNS, Autoscaling, Lambda, LightSail, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, CloudFront, etc.), Azure and GCP are bonus
- Knowledge of VMware virtual systems and cloud infrastructure, in a managed service environment
