About the Role :
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Social Media Designer to create engaging visual content that strengthens our brand presence and drives sales across e-commerce platforms and social media channels.
Responsibilities :
- Design promotional materials for e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, and company websites.
- Create product banners, campaign visuals, thumbnails, infographics, and digital advertisements.
- Develop creative assets for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, and E-Commerce teams to execute campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure all visual materials are consistent with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media trends, and e-commerce best practices.
- Organize and maintain design assets for efficient team use.
- Support photo editing, simple video editing, and motion graphic needs when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer, E-Commerce Designer, or Social Media Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce and social media design projects.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or other video editing software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for digital marketplaces and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in toy, trading card game, board game, collectibles, gaming, or entertainment industries.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising.
- Photography, videography, and motion graphic skills are a plus.
- Understanding of conversion-focused design and consumer behavior.
