Design Project Coordinator & Office Manager

Location: Surabaya (On-site/Hybrid)

Identify is a Brand Development Agency serving Muslim non-profit organizations. We are seeking an organized and proactive Design Project Coordinator & Office Manager to support project delivery, team coordination, and daily operations.

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
  2. Manage communication between clients and internal teams
  3. Organize meetings, documentation, and project updates
  4. Support office administration and operational processes
  5. Ensure projects are completed on time and efficiently

Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or administration
  2. Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
  3. Experience with Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools
  4. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  5. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  6. Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
