Location: Surabaya (On-site/Hybrid)
Identify is a Brand Development Agency serving Muslim non-profit organizations. We are seeking an organized and proactive Design Project Coordinator & Office Manager to support project delivery, team coordination, and daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
- Manage communication between clients and internal teams
- Organize meetings, documentation, and project updates
- Support office administration and operational processes
- Ensure projects are completed on time and efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or administration
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
