- Meet with clients to understand their lifestyle, brand, specific needs, and functional requirements for the space
- Design & Technical Planning, space planning, draft floor plans and layout arrangements to optimize the use of space
- Produce photorealistic 3D renderings and 2D blueprints using industry-standard design software (e.g., Autocad, sketchup, photoshop, d5, rhinoceros)
- Material Selection choose finishes, fixtures, furniture, color palettes, and fabrics.
- Mood Boards: Create visual presentations, material samples, and mood boards to align on the overall vision and aesthetic.
