We're a small, growing SEO agency based in Australia.
What you'll own
Planning and scheduling work across our team (developer, designers, SEO) and keeping projects moving
Owning client delivery timelines and quality — you're accountable for work shipping on time and to standard
Resourcing: deciding who works on what and when, based on capacity and priority
Being the operational point of contact so the founder can focus on growth, not day-to-day traffic control
You're right for this if you
Have run delivery in an agency or similar (SEO/web/digital a strong plus)
Are comfortable making calls on priorities and timelines without waiting for sign-off on everything
Can get the best out of a small team, including developing more junior people
Are hands-on and organised — this is a running-it role, not a strategy-only one
