Job description for Waitress & Waiter at Aksoro

Job Description :

Membantu melayani pelanggan dengan memberikan rekomendasi menu dan menghantarkan pesanan
Stand by untuk membantu pelanggan yang mengalami kesulitan atau membutuhkan bantuan
Menerima dan menangani komplain dari pelanggan
Membantu untuk membersihkan area resto yang sudah dipakai oleh pelanggan
Bekerja sama dengan staf lain di area resto

Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan minimal SMA / SMK sederajat
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai pramusaji / crew resto / bekerja di industri F&B menjadi nilai plus
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan bekerja sama dalam tim
Gesit, cekatan, pekerja keras, dan bertanggung jawab
Berpenampilan menarik
Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di Restoe Boemi Kreo (Sleman, Yogyakarta) / Kantin UNY
Bisa bergabung secepatnya (mulai bulan Mei)
