Role Description:
This is a contract Data Scientist role at Indonesia Indicator located in Bintaro, South Tangerang. The Data Scientist will be responsible for tasks such as:
Data Extraction & Processing, Understanding the data processing, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using Python or Apache.
- Able to work with small to medium-sized datasets from multiple sources for simple reports.
- Reporting & Visualization
- Able to use visualization tools like Excel or Tableau to create reports and dashboards.
- Producing descriptive reports for internal purposes with a focus on common business metrics.
Collaboration:
- Able to collaborate with other teams to gather data requirements and support initiatives.
- Participating in small projects under supervision.
- Basic BI Tools Proficiency
- Familiar with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools for analysis.
- Understanding the data modeling in a data warehouse to provide simple feedback.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Data Science/ IT/ Statistic/ Math/ Computer Science/ Electrical or related field.
- Fresh Graduate or maximum 1 year experience.
- Must have extensive skills at Python and Tableu.
- Able to use database such as My SQL and No SQL.
- Experience with data manipulation and cleaning.
- Experience in Data Analysis and Visualization is a must.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques.
- Understand about Formula and Alogithm written in mathematical notation.
- Interest in statistical data, logical modeling, and prediction.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Creative, good team player, and fast learner.
