Job description for Data Analyst at Pt. Mediator Komunitas Indonesia (CROWDO)
- Identify business information and needs of stakeholders required for decision-making as a business analyst
- Translate business needs to reporting, visualization, and reporting requirements
- Evaluate business plans, identify business intelligence offerings required by the business and recommend data sources needed for insights
- Develop and design feasibility studies and proposals
- Experience with data science functionalities in the cloud (Alicloud or GCP/Azure/AWS)
- Enhance information accessibility for the company
- Gather, input, clean, prepare, analyze, store data from internal systems and external sources, including validity and quality control
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations for the business
- Define data and metrics/KPIs for data quality reviews
- Interpret and translate analyses to common language for business decisions and actions
- Design and create reports, visualizations, and BI service offerings to facilitate data storytelling
- Develop and implement roadmaps for BI analysis insights and operations
- Guide the company’s business intelligence vision and strategy
- Preferably a Bachelor’s in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another quantitative field with preferably 2 years relevant experience in both the financial services/finance-related industries and analytics/data science
- A team player who can work as part of a team or with minimal supervision
- Resourceful, proactive, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. Organized and detail oriented
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data organizational skills
- Data processing, data movement, ETL, data entry, data cleansing, documentation
- Real time, batch, and other types of analytics use cases
- Experience in analyzing data (e.g. SQL databases) and creating management reports (including dashboards and ad-hoc reports) using spreadsheets
- Superior stakeholder management skills and confidence working with leadership
- Has good experience in analytics, AI, and ML platforms and applications (e.g. Python, Keras, etc) and model building
- Deep experience in BI/Reporting/Visualization tools (e.g. Qlik, Thoughtspot, Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy, etc)
