Job description for Data Analyst at PT. Akselerasi Solusi Bersama (Axellindo)

Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Requirement and analysis business requirement.

• Identify end translated user requirement into Business Intelligence (BI) driven solutions.

• Translate business need into requirement and documentation (BPS, RDM, MoM, UAT, etc.).

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology, System Information, Computer Science, or related field.

• Experience: Min 3 years experience.

• Age: 25–35.

• Gender: Male/Female.

Skills

• Understanding of relational database concepts.

• Proficient in writing and interpreting SQL queries.

• Skilled in data processing, including data cleansing and data wrangling.

• Experienced in creating data visualization using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).

• Strong understanding of basic statistics.

• Experienced with ERP system (e.g. SAP) and understanding of business process.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills

• Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environments that includes internal team and users.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skill.

• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
