Deskripsi Pekerjaan Manager Restaurant

Tanggung Jawab

  1. Mengelola operasional restoran secara keseluruhan, termasuk pengelolaan staf, persediaan makanan dan minuman, dan mengawasi layanan pelanggan
  2. Membuat dan mengelola anggaran restoran, termasuk memantau pengeluaran, menetapkan target penjualan, dan memastikan keuntungan restoran
  3. Memastikan bahwa restoran memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik untuk pelanggan
  4. Mengembangkan strategi pemasaran
  5. Memastikan restoran berjalan dengan lancar dan efisien
