Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
- Assist customers with product, service, account, and software-related questions.
- Troubleshoot basic user issues and guide customers through system features and functionalities.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Helpdesk, or a related role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Comfortable using software applications and digital communication tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work onsite in Denpasar, Bali.
