About Us
Founded in 2018, GEMSTONE ENTERTAINMENT INC. (As known as GSE), is a media technology group that manages entertainment business across Asia. GSE has two major business units, which are GSE Media & Audio Platform.
By closely collaborating from different country offices, GSE team is a decentralised team, the direct manager of the members are themselves. The GSE members are. The management is trying to set as few rules as possible, so that the entire team, which consists of a group of high morality level and self-driven people, is focused on the satisfaction of creators and content audience.

What will you do?
Diagnose and solve the users, content creators and other stakeholder’s inquiries
Communicate effectively with our in-App users, content creators and other stakeholders
User Feedback Operation
Collect feedback from users/creators to help improve our app
Implements and maintains policies and procedures on application support services.
Make reports on feedback related to multiple teams (Product/lT/ Operation/Community Service/Production, etc.) to improve our service, and follow up the problem solving process
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree / Equivalent
Fast learner, proactive, detail-oriented, great analytics and problem solving skills
Candidates with strong interest in the entertainment industry.
Have an understanding of the entertainment industry (mainly novels, podcast, and audiobook)
Proficient in spoken and written English
Candidates must have at least 1 - 3 years of working experience in customer support position
