As a Team Leader in the Customer Service Department, you will be working not only to achieve the satisfaction of our customers, but you will also be responsible to nurture and guide our amazing talents to achieve higher and improve. In short, we expect your presence to inspire growth within the team!
Here are the details of what we will expect you to do as a team leader:
- Lead, help, and delegate tasks to your team members.
- Responsible to deal with all incoming inquiries and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all response rate metrics are at an excellent level.
- Provide professional, accurate, and valid information to end customers.
- Strong in dealing with customer complaints, provide solutions, and offer alternative solutions possible within Company guideline policy.
- Follow up and ensure closure of inquiry or issue.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3) degree in any field.
- Language(s): English (Spoken, Written, Read) is as MUST, proficiency in Mandarin will be considered as an advantage.
- Candidate must possess at least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience as a team leader in the related field.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with the fulfillment team, key account manager, brands, and other related parties.
- Good problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Understanding of e-commerce and retail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft office software.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, responsible, and a fast-learner.
