- Build sales lead pipeline for end clients and establish channel sales pipeline across key markets across Asia. Target clients include Indeed, Spotify, Apple, and Google. Markets of interest include Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia & Vietnam.
- Craft sales pitch decks & tailored product demos following client’s needs.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Engage & maintain a strong, long-term relationship with all existing clients.
- Manage client accounts and respond to inquiries in an effective manner.
- Building marketing strategy and manage daily social media activities.
- Create lead generation programs. Drafting sales email and manage email campaign activities.
- Set up and manage advertising campaigns, a bonus if you have experience using Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads.
- Tailor briefing deck and conduct dry run sessions with employers & job seekers prior to the interview events to ensure all participants are familiar with the Hireplace Speed Interview interface.
- Manage the live chat support channel during event hours. Respond to job seekers, employers & event organizers inquiries in a timely & accurate manner.

- Bonus if you have experience using basic design tools like Canva.
- Highly self-motivated and unafraid of being hands-on
