Job description for Customer Succes Executive at Jala Tech
Job Descriptions:
- Get in touch with customers every day
- Maintain customer’s cultivation condition
- Solving customer cultivation problems
- Asking for feedback about Jala’s product
- Scheduling a video call/live demo for the introduction of the Jala application features
- Create a WhatsApp group with the customer to facilitate communication
- Recap the number of active customers every week and every month
Qualifications:
- Having at least 1-year experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries or Communication
- Excellent communication skill
- Able to communicate in English, both oral and written
- Familiar with Google Workspace
