Requirements:
• Female, maximum 35 years old
• Preferred minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or related field
• Good looking with excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills are a must
• Target-driven, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Able to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions professionally
• Honest, disciplined, proactive, and eager to learn
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Willing to Work From Office (WFO) in Jakarta Barat
Responsibilities:
• Provide detailed product information to customers
• Handle customer orders, requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Support sales targets through excellent customer service and follow-up
• Arrange and organize inventory and stock lists
• Coordinate purchases from suppliers
• Ensure all customer needs are handled accurately and efficiently
