- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
- Have more than 3 years of experience in Financial Technology Industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- Able to work under pressure, have good logical ability, comprehension, good communication skill, and able to swiftly create solution after coordinating with related department.
- Must be able to communicate in English, Mandarin is an advantage.
- Solving email / WhatsApp / online call complaints, immediate response with related department to guarantee Customer problems are solved.
- To have deep understanding on the Product and its flow, comprehend any changes regarding the product in a timely manner, and update the customer service team on the changes. and cooperate with the product department in product testing and other tasks.
- Responsible to lead and manage the work of the Customer Service team, including training, scheduling, Quality Assurance, staff incentive.
- Undertake and execute another task assigned by the superintendent.
