Job description for Customer Service Staff at Huntstreet
Job Desc :
1. Reply customer chat by whatsapp and email
2. Greet and assist customer who come to the Huntstreet
3. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
4. Make daily report of customer service
5. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
6. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Requirements :
1. Female, maks. 27 years old
2. Minimal experience 2 years as customer service at marketplace or fashion industry
3. Fluent in English
4. Have knowledge in Fashion especially luxury fashion
5. Able to join as soon as possible
