Requirements:
1. Minimum education from SMA/SMK.
2. Maximum 35 years old.
3. Ready for shift work.
4. Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as customer service helping to answer chats inquiries from our customers.
2. Handle & resolve customer complaints.
3. Provide pricing and delivery information.
4. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
5. Sweeping and response to customer inquiries in social media.
