Job Descriptions :

- Memberikan dukungan untuk customer terutama melalui email, chat, atau channel lain menangani pertanyaan, penyelesaian masalah, dan memberikan tanggapan tepat waktu atas pertanyaan atau kekhawatiran customer sesuai dengan parameter yang telah ditentukan

- Memprioritaskan pertanyaan customer serta kepuasan customer dengan mengutamakan kebutuhan customer

- Membuat laporan dari kendala customer secara teliti dan rinci

Job Requirements :

- Pendidikan minimal D3 dengan IPK minimal 2,75.

- Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 35 tahun.

- Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar.

- Memiliki mentalitas pelayanan yang kuat, mampu multitasking, dan mampu memahami masalah pelanggan dengan baik.

- Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shifting

- Bersedia join secepatnya jika lolos dalam proses hiring
