Job description for Customer Service Quality Assurance at PT Cerdas Digital Nusantara (CAKAP)
What you will do
Currently, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Quality Assurance to join our team. Take a look at the description below:
- Supervise the work of Student Success team to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures
- Document all processes and FAQs, and work on continuous improvement
- Achieve qualitative monitoring & scoring goals as established
- Provide reports related with quality score of all agents on ongoing basis (daily, weekly, monthly)
Requirement
- Min. Diploma Degree
- Good team player, positive attitude, eagerness to learn
- Preferably has Min. 3 year experience as QA within Customer Service Area in Language Education industry
- Driven and motivated
- Excellent communication capability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Our short story
Starting from these thoughts, we decided to run an edutech company since 2015, formerly known as Squline, and based in Jakarta. CAKAP offers a solution for everyone who wants to speak other languages and learn more about different cultures. We reinvent language learning experience by providing an online platform for students and teachers; the idea is for you to study anywhere and everywhere.
