At C&W Services Operations' (C&W) Contact Centre, customer experience is core to everything we do. Our customer service officers' (CSOs') top priority is to make our customers successful and to ensure their experience with C&W is delightful, by delivering high quality, speedy, personable and conversational support.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails
- Provide accurate and timely information.
- Manage customers’ complaints and feedback with a good closure
- Perform additional or overtime duties during operational exigencies when required
Requirements
- 3 rotating shifts (8 hours per shift) OR permanent night shifts (5 days, 8 hours per shift)
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Minimum N or ‘O’ levels / Nitec or equivalent
