5 days work week, 9am to 6pm

Central & Located near MRT
Job Description:
1. Provide quality customer service to customers either by telephone or digitally
2. Record details of enquiries and customer interactions including actions taken
3. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, effective and efficient service to customers
4. May be required to assist with marketing related other ad-hoc job scope, when necessary
Requirements:
Min Diploma holder in any field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask and team oriented
Must have skills
