Job description for Customer Service Executive at Shopback Vietnam
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by e-mail/chat/calls
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders (CS Regional, Tech, Ops, and Marketing... ) to resolve customers' problems/complaints
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service/Customer Experience
- Proactive and strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and spoken.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- And most importantly, be the Voice of Customer with a Customer-obsessed mindset and a genuine heart to help solve our customers’ problems!
