Customer Service & Administrative Assistant
Our company is looking for an energetic individual who can manage our front desk on a regular basis and offers administrative support across the organization.
Duties:
1. Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
2. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
3. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
4. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
5. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
6. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
1. English Speaking
2. Ability to answer phone calls
3. Have Initiative
4. Good Time-planner
5. Proficient in Microsoft Software
6. Ability to work with team and individual
7. Have positive attitude
8. Decent Looking
9. Must be able to work on weekends & PH
10. Singaporean only
Others:
1. Off-in-lieu will be credited for PH
2. Shift work (830am – 6pm or 1230pm – 10pm)
3. Staff benefit include annual leave, medical reimbursement and in-house café usage
