Job description for Customer Service Administration at PT Hoodieku Dua Kreasi

Bertanggung jawab mengelola operasional penjualan online dan marketplace secara menyeluruh, termasuk monitoring pesanan, pengelolaan toko di berbagai platform, pelayanan pelanggan, kontrol stok gudang, penanganan retur, proses order & packing, serta menjaga performa marketplace agar optimal. Selain itu, mendukung kebutuhan konten digital, koordinasi campaign/KOL, persiapan produk offline, serta menyusun laporan penjualan, stok, retur, dan kendala operasional secara berkala kepada atasan.
