• Research and implement tools to understand customer insights
• Partner with HR to ensure that customers have great experiences
• Communicate and collaborate with others stakeholders to run Con Cung Customer Experience Programs
• Continously observe and learn the customer experience trends to propose inniatives and solutions to line manager
• Conduct and analyze quality assurance surveys to enhance services provided to customer
• Working time: 8:30 - 17:30 Monday - Friday
• Working place: 14th Floor, Phu My Hung Tower, Tan Phu Ward, Dist. 7, HCMC
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Commerce/Human Resources/Marketing
• At least 1-year experience in Customer Service or office field
• Fluent in using Microsoft Office application (Excel, Powerpoint,…)
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Analytical skill & reporting skill
• Willing to work cross-functionally and under high pressure
• Proactive, logical, innovative and creative thinker and doer
• Annual bonus: 2 - 3 months under minimum KPI requirement
