Job description for Customer Relationship Executive at Apol
APOL Singapore is growing a highly motivated team and currently seeking a candidate in Customer Relationship role who has passion for all things in operations and possess a mindset to make an impact on the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Be well versed with our products and services and also having a good understanding of workflow to support customer journey.
- Responsible for front-office and back-office duties which includes customer enquiries, order processing, fulfilment and post sales support.
- Manage customer communications via various customer service channels effectively.
- Attend to and follow up with customers’ feedback and challenges in a professional manner.
- Provide technical support to customers who encounter issue with our product.
- Maintain good customer service level.
- Provide assistance to other team members to resolve diffulties and overcome challenges as a team.
- Ad hoc support to other departments when necessary.
Title: Customer Relationship Executive (Internship )
Qualification: Internship and Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
Salary: Internship allowance from $600 to $1000.
