- Answering and fulfilling customer's needs
- Helping customers with online resources needed
- Updating customer's records, including any interactions with the systems

Requirements :
- Min. SMA/SMK
- Accustomed to working with targets
- Willing to shift
- Having a 1-year experience in agency and handling marketplace
- Must have e-commerce knowledge (Shopee, Tokopedia, and Tiktokshop)
- Following new trends around social media such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram A team Player
