Job description for Customer Relation [INTERN] at PT YOYO Technology Indonesia
- CS/VR (vendor relation) or Customer Relation Officer
- Handle and answer questions either from Whatsapps or Instagram,
- Follow up order daily to reseller (or customer) and supplier daily
- Update daily order tracker and status order
- Work collaboratively with the commerce team
- Undergraduate or fresh graduated of All Major field.
- Working experience as intern in similar roles at digital advertising Company, technology start-up, social commerce, and e-commerce.
- Personal laptop/ desktop.
- Reliable internet connection to effectively work with the team.
- Required language: English.
- Preferably familiar with Google Workspace (Google Slides, Google Doc, Google Drive).
- Has a strong interest in the digital industry and social media.
- Have basic experience and knowledge in online shopping, otherwise must be willing to explore and learn the basic of e-commerce.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Has a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time well.
- Team player, and open to constructive feedback.
- Strong adaptability in collaborative start-up environments.
