Job description for Customer Happiness Support Executive at SG Bike
Do you get satisfaction in helping others? Want to up your organisation, management and communication skills?
SG Bike is looking to grow its team to revamp, and value add our customer relations functions to directly manage and connect with users and help them get started on using our bike sharing services.
The role will also build rapport within our customers to understand them (and any problems) to provide enhanced customer satisfaction, support and service requests. Whether it is the latest features or newest campaign, you will take the proactive role to understand the company and its products, enabling you to communicate and build on your communication skills with the masses.
Brief job scopes:
- Learn to understand, uphold, and protect the company’s brand image and assets
- Ensure customer satisfaction through various campaign and projects
- Assist and learn in marketing and customer related job scope/functions
- Work to accurately identify new and existing problems, while taking charge to find the solution and/or work with other team members to identity and resolve them.
- Work in effective manner to manage time and task management skills to multi-task, organize, follow-up, and prioritize within job scopes and team members
- Work in a flexible setting that can combine a variety of communication channels including but not limited to instant text, emails, and more
