Job Specification :
· Merespon seluruh pertanyaan pelanggan, komplain, instalasi, dismantle serta upgrade dan downgrade dalam batas waktu yang telah ditentukan secara akurat, sopan dan tetap mengedepankan sikap profesional serta mampu memberikan “win-win solution” bagi pelanggan demi mencapai kepuasan pelanggan
· Memberikan layanan yang baik dan tepat untuk semua kebutuhan pelanggan berdasarkan Business Process and Policy
· Memberikan respon dan solusi yang cepat terhadap semua keluhan pelanggan. Sesuai SLA dan BPD yang berlaku
· Menindak lanjuti dan memastikan bahwa pelanggan mendapatkan solusi yang tepat utk setiap permasalahannya
· Membuat laporan dan evaluasi terhadap hasil follow up
Requirement :
· Minimal SMK/D3 semua jurusan
· Minimal 2 tahun di bidang yang sama
· Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di bidang Telekomunikasi
· Memiliki kemampuan bahasa inggris
· Memiliki kepercayaan diri yang tinggi (Berbicara dengan customer melalui telepon)
· Mengerti dan memahami mengenai telekomunikasi
