Job description for Customer Care Technical Unit Head at PT Mega Akses Persada (FiberStar)
- Creating a long-term plan in maintain communication and relationship with customers
- Performing technical base analysis to support activities for each case / obstacle received by the Customer Service work function.
- Provide solution, suggestion, and direction for customers who are constrained through the work function of Customer Service.
- Responsible for coordinating activities and steps to accelerate the completion of cases / technical obstacles experienced by customers.
- Execute research or analysis of trend case activities, as well as taking preventive steps & managing long term trends as a form of recommendation.
- Maximizing service function of Customer Service work in terms of technical capabilities, in order to match customer expectation.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, IT, SI, or related
- Minimum 3 years experience in Telecommunication Industry
- Good knowledge in Network, Router, OLT, ONT, LAN/WAN, DWDM/NAP, MPLS, NMS, Sloarwind, and bdcom
- Understanding L1/L2/L3 protocol and network topology and able to analyze troubleshoot in L2/L3
- Good in analytical, critical, and strategic thinking
- Good in leadership, communication, and presentation skills
