Job Description
1. Manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth handling of customers.
2. Ensure vehicles are in good condition before deliver to customers for Open Rental.
3. Inspection of returned vehicles and make assessment of damages for Close Rental Assessment.
4. Be the main person to manage all assigned customer feedback/ complaints in relation to vehicle conditions and repairs.
5. Resolve professionally all matters relating to vehicle, accident, breakdown issues with customers.
6. Manages the operation and maintenance of the organization's motor vehicles.
7. Oversee LTA compliance and reporting as it relates to the fleet.
8. Develops and implements vehicle and equipment preventative maintenance programs
9. Manages fleet management budgets by negotiation of repair pricing with authorised workshop
10. Develops and maintains outside vendor and service provider relationships.
11. Manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
12. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
13. Give input into developing budget.
14. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
15. Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors
Requirements
1. 1 to 2 years relevant experience.
2. Class 3 driving license (Must have)
3. Ability to be a team player, motivate and work well under pressure.
4. Responsible and positive with ‘can-do’ attitude.
5. Must be contactable by means of hand phone at any time including weekend and public holidays.
6. Able to handle key customer account
