Job description for Customer Care Analyst (Contract) - Bandung at ErudiFi
- Assisting students to get the loan (or Danacita’s other products) in accordance with Danacita's operational policy.
- Pre-Screening incoming application; check document completeness and put note on interaction;
- Handle operation whatsapp channel and email related to submission application;
- Ensure timely resolution of all customer complaints and issues;
- Develop customer support initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction, as we're responsible for customer retention and make sure that customers are getting their value.
- Fresh Graduate, have a background in customer service is a plus;
- Domicile Bandung
- Willing to work contact (6 months)
- Attention to detail;
- Confident in engaging with our customers and can connect well with them;
- Able to understand and resolve issues frequently presented by our students and guarantors;
- Can work in a cross-functional team from diverse backgrounds and rely on others' candid feedback for continuous improvement;
- Able to carry themselves professionally and communicate well as a representative of Danacita;
- Fast-learner and ready to live out our company values: Humble, Hungry and Mission-Driven.
