Job description for CRM Spesialist at MyFundAction Indonesia

Job Deskripsi

Develop and implement strategist to engage and retain data and potential data through varois channels
Develop, maintain, monitor and optimize CRM programs, including crafting content, managing system triggers, increased personalization, targeted segmentation, etc.
Design a CRM journey and channels optimization using CRM tools
Design and execute programs and events aimed at collecting donor data and fostering
engagement.
Execute the journey set up on the tools and manage all engagement related awareness and/or sales campaign
Create brief and supervise the outcomes of the CRM design to the creative team (Designer & Copywriter) to ensure CRM design outcomes meet standars
Monitor user journey performance [open rate, CTR, etc]
Develop weekly and monthly report for CRM programs performance.
