Job description for CRM Specialist at Pinhome
- Developing Customer segmentation strategy across CRM platforms
- Collect and analyze data insight & learning to increase the campaign effectiveness
- Increase campaign performance through creative A/B testing and performance reviews
- Setting up the campaigns and data filters within CRM platform
- Collaborating and assisting the digital marketing team on development of the segmentation based customer communication initiatives
- Seeking further opportunities to further automate our retention channels
- Create, maintain, monitor and optimize marketing campaign lifecycle in app and onsite
- Using a lean approach to tackle problems and identify new opportunities for top lines growth
- Mobile app and Website retention 360 ownership
- Have basic experience in D2C ecommerce or consumer retail brands
- Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and assess implications
- Understand marketing principles, new technologies and social media advertising
- Adaptable and resourceful self-starter who can dive into a project without constant direction/oversight and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks efficiently and effectively
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Experience with direct response marketing techniques preferred with knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Adwords, CRM Automation
- Actively manage and promote blog and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms
