GGL Life is seeking a full-time CRM Specialist to oversee the Sales Department’s CRM system, help carry out marketing activities through multiple channels such as (Email Marketing & Pop-Up Websites), provide technical & administrative support, and implement changes.
Responsibilities:
· Marketing and channel performance analytics, optimization strategies, and customer behavior analyses.
· Leading core insights from the data and suggesting marketing communication strategy that drives fundamental improvements of the business.
· Pursue data quality, collaborate with data acquisition agency, and ensure data is optimized to drive understanding of key customer lifecycle stages and how we can drive engagement using data.
· Mine data and analytics at the customer level to better understand their funnel and engagement behaviors, and conduct customer analyses: behavior, segmentation, and customer value.
· Developing statistically significant experimentation frameworks to allow us to improve the targeting of our marketing through segmentation and assessing incremental impact of campaigns.
· Proactively bringing new ideas to the table relating to business questions, analytics approaches, datasets, and ways of working.
· Serve as a custodian of CRM database - integrate, compile, analyze, data and make recommendations on trends utilizing CRM software.
· Deliver reports and dashboards on key metrics: customer base, funnel, conversion events, segmentation types, referring channels, marketing campaigns, and specific attribute correlations.
· Effectively share insights and analyses with stakeholders to drive business decisions—partner with cross-functional stakeholders as per business requirements.
· Drive onsite growth funnel buyer acquisition, retention, and conversion through systematic site analytics and extensive A/B testing, working closely with product/tech/design.
· Track key audience segment performance indicators across the region (e.g. lifetime value, funnel stage metrics) and prepare reports and insights for the senior leadership team.
Requirements:
· University degree and above.
· Minimum 3 years, of proven work experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role.
· Collaborative personality and ability to build strong personal relationships.
· Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
· Commercial and marketing sense, good at competition analysis to identify strategic opportunities.
· Highly organized, with attention to detail and a dedication to resolving issues.
· Collaborate with other teams to assist in solving a customer problem.
· A good team player, self-motivation, and good interpersonal skills.
· Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written.
· Good computer knowledge of MS Office.
· Hybrid working (WFO/WFH).
· Ideally able to start work on short notice.
