Job description for CRM - Sales Specialist at PT. Svarnatech Jaya Solusi

PT Svarnatech Jaya Solusi adalah mitra bisnis resmi dari NEOCRM (produk unggulan dari XiaoshouYi, China), solusi CRM B2B nomor 1 di China. Kami berkomitmen membantu perusahaan di Indonesia mengoptimalkan proses Sales, Service, dan Marketing melalui teknologi SaaS yang inovatif.

Tanggung Jawab Utama (Focus: Sales & Growth)

• Sales Target Achievement: Bertanggung jawab mencapai target penjualan tahunan dan pertumbuhan pendapatan untuk lini produk NEOCRM.

• Business Development: Mengidentifikasi dan mengejar peluang bisnis baru di segmen Enterprise dan Mid-market di Indonesia.

• Advanced Pre-sales: Memimpin presentasi solusi dan demo produk yang persuasif kepada calon klien (C-level & Head of Department).

• Proposal & Tender Management: Menyusun proposal teknis dan komersial, serta mengelola proses tender untuk solusi CRM.

• Account Growth: Bekerja sama dengan tim implementasi untuk memastikan retensi pelanggan dan mencari peluang upselling atau cross-selling fitur.

• Principal Alignment: Berkoordinasi dengan principal NEOCRM

• Team Coordination: Bekerjasama dengan Team untuk mengembangkan bisnis NEOCRM di Svarnatech.

Kualifikasi

• Pendidikan minimal S1 (Teknik, IT, atau Bisnis).

• Sales Driven: Memiliki track record yang terbukti dalam mencapai target penjualan di industri Software/SaaS (B2B).

• CRM Expertise: Memiliki pemahaman kuat tentang proses bisnis CRM (Sales Cloud, Marketing Automation, Service Management).

• Pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun di bidang B2B IT Sales, Pre-sales, atau Product Specialist (diutamakan dari industri SaaS/Software).

• Wajib fasih berbahasa Inggris (lisan & tulisan).

• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan presentasi yang sangat baik.
