What You'll Do:
- Drive sales growth across the B2B, B2C, and B2G markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our corporate client network.
- Manage the entire sales journey from prospecting and client meetings to negotiation and closing.
- Coordinate and delegate sales activities to keep the team aligned and moving toward shared goals.
- Coach, mentor, and support the team to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to generate high-quality leads.
- Analyze sales performance and turn data into actionable strategies.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and delivering the right solutions.
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Has at least 3 years of experience in Sales, Corporate Sales, or Business Development. Point plus if you have 1+ year of leadership experience leading or coordinating a team.
- Has experience selling to corporate clients (B2B).
- Is confident in presenting, negotiating, and building long-term client relationships.
- Is familiar with Google Workspace, CRM, WhatsApp Business, Marketplace, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Has strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
