Job description for Creative Sales Executive at Pt Digibook Sarana Promosi Indonesia

We're Looking for a Game Changer.

We're not looking for someone who simply hits sales targets but We're looking or someone who loves creating opportunities, building meaningful relationships with clients, and inspiring the team to achieve bigger goals together.

If you enjoy crafting sales strategies, exploring new business opportunities, and seeing your ideas turn into real business growth, this role is for you.

At Digibook, you won't just sell products but also help businesses grow through creative branding and promotional solutions.


What You'll Do:

  1. Drive sales growth across the B2B, B2C, and B2G markets.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and expand our corporate client network.
  3. Manage the entire sales journey from prospecting and client meetings to negotiation and closing.
  4. Coordinate and delegate sales activities to keep the team aligned and moving toward shared goals.
  5. Coach, mentor, and support the team to continuously improve performance.
  6. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to generate high-quality leads.
  7. Analyze sales performance and turn data into actionable strategies.
  8. Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and delivering the right solutions.

    We're looking for someone who:
  • Holds a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Has at least 3 years of experience in Sales, Corporate Sales, or Business Development. Point plus if you have 1+ year of leadership experience leading or coordinating a team.
  • Has experience selling to corporate clients (B2B).
  • Is confident in presenting, negotiating, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Is familiar with Google Workspace, CRM, WhatsApp Business, Marketplace, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Has strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
