Responsibilities
1. Creative Operational Management
- Manage project workflows from briefing to final delivery
- Ensure project timelines are executed according to schedule
- Oversee workload distribution and resource allocation across teams
- Assist in developing and implementing creative and operational workflow SOPs
- Ensure daily production house operations run smoothly and in an organized manner
2. Team Coordination
- Coordinate communication between divisions, including:
a. Creative
b. Production
c. 3D
d. HR & Back Office
- Act as a liaison between management and operational teams
- Help resolve workflow and operational issues within projects
3. Project Supervision
- Monitor the progress of all active projects
- Ensure client revisions and feedback are managed effectively
- Maintain quality control of outputs before client delivery
- Help ensure projects are completed on time and meet company standards
4. Internal & Administrative Support
- Assist with the company’s operational administrative needs
- Coordinate with HR regarding attendance, team evaluations, and internal requirements
- Support operational data management, documentation, and reporting
- Assist with team onboarding and operational support needs
5. Client & Business Support
- Help maintain good communication and relationships with clients
- Participate in internal and client meetings when required
- Assist in coordinating project timelines and requirements with clients
- Ensure agency services and workflows are delivered professionally
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in a creative agency, production house, digital agency, or creative industry
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good problem-solving and time management abilities
- Comfortable working with timelines and targets
- Understanding of creative production workflows is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work systematically
