Job description for Creative Marketing Manager at PT Qwords Company International
- Produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications
- Leading all Creative strategies and materials (including social media content, web articles, digital ads)
- Supervising the department's daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and monitoring deadlines and budgets
- Evaluating trends, assessing new data, and keeping up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields
- Minimum of 3 years’ digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social, and emerging technologies
- Solid understanding of design, copy, SEO, & SEM
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills
- Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Willing to work on-site in Jakarta/Bandung/Yogyakarta
