Role Description:
Marktivo is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Creative Lead to drive our creative team and own our content strategy end-to-end. This is a role for someone who thrives both in leading a team and executing the craft — writing compelling copy, scripting video content, producing social-ready assets, and building content calendars that deliver real, measurable results.
As the Creative Lead at Marktivo, you will be the driving force behind our content output — setting the creative direction, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and ensuring every piece of content that goes out is purposeful, engaging, and on-brand. You will work on-site, directly with the Director, and manage a team of a Content Creator, Editor, and Social Media Intern.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Leadership
▸ Lead, mentor, and manage the day-to-day output of the creative team (Content Creator, Editor, and Social Media Intern)
▸ Set and uphold brand creative standards across all content formats and channels
▸ Run creative brainstorms and lead concept development for campaigns and content series
▸ Brief and provide constructive feedback on creative work to ensure on-brand, high-quality output
2. Video & Copy Writing
▸ Write scripts and storyboards for video content — reels, short-form video, YouTube, brand films
▸ Develop and write compelling captions, hooks, and on-screen text for social media posts
▸ Craft copy for ad creatives, website banners, email campaigns, and promotional materials
▸ Maintain a consistent brand voice across long-form and short-form written content
3. Content Planning & Strategy
▸ Develop and manage a monthly content calendar across all social media platforms
▸ Plan content themes, campaign timelines, and seasonal activations in alignment with business goals
▸ Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure content supports broader campaigns and promotions
▸ Identify content gaps and opportunities based on performance data and audience insights
4. Social Media & Strategy
▸ Oversee and manage the brand's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
▸ Schedule, publish, and monitor content across platforms using scheduling and management tools
▸ Engage with the community — respond to comments, DMs, and build an active brand presence
▸ Monitor trends, platform algorithm updates, and competitor activity to keep content strategy sharp
▸ Track key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and report on performance monthly
Required Experience & Skills
▸ 3–5 years of experience in a content, creative, or social media role
▸ Proven experience writing copy for video, social media, and marketing campaigns
▸ Strong understanding of content strategy and social media best practices across major platforms
▸ Experience building and managing monthly content calendars
▸ Comfortable leading and collaborating cross-functionally with a Content Creator, Editor, and Social Media Intern
▸ Proficiency with design and content tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent)
▸ Experience with social media management tools (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
▸ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
Preferred / Nice to Have
▸ Experience with short-form video production or direction (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
▸ Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
▸ Data-driven mindset with experience using social analytics platforms
▸ Background in brand building or agency environment
