Job description for Creative Lead (Semi-Remote in Singapore) at Hydragun Pte Ltd
- Direct the look of the brand across multiple platforms and channels to ensure coherence
- Coordinate and project manage multiple photo and video productions to maximise budget and produce deliverables that meet complex and evolving marketing and branding objectives
- Work closely with stakeholders and strategists to conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
- Collaborate with various project teams to gather requirements for assets
- Direct, lead and motivate a team of graphic designers, 3d artists, web designers, video editors, content creators and third party agencies to help them use their skills effectively
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
- Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
- Train and guide the team into accomplished professionals
- Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
- Manage project timelines and output and make sure assets and deliverables are submitted on time
- Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the various stakeholders, copywriters and strategists
- Able to produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas, if necessary
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
- Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
- Present completed ideas to stakeholders
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices, and has excellent taste
- Proven experience as a creative lead, art director, or similar role
- Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
- Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
- Outstanding leadership and organization skills
- Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
- Good people management skills to rally a group of creatives working in different areas with different goals (direct response, branding, etc)
- Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
- Relevant education or training
- Experience with direct-response marketing and copywriting
- Experience with product design and packaging design
- Has managed a team of two or more people before
