Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the creative team across design, video, copywriting, and content production
Develop creative concepts and campaign directions for client projects
Ensure visual consistency and storytelling quality across all platforms
Translate marketing objectives into strong creative executions
Direct photoshoots, video productions, and campaign development
Collaborate with social media, paid ads, and account teams for integrated campaigns
Review and approve creative outputs before delivery to clients
Research trends, audience behavior, and emerging creative opportunities
Present creative ideas and campaign strategies to clients
Mentor and develop junior creative team members
Maintain high standards in branding, aesthetics, and communication
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in creative industry, agency experience preferred
Strong portfolio in branding, social media campaigns, or visual production
Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and digital trends
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong sense of aesthetics, branding, and creative direction
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other creative tools
Experience directing photoshoots and video productions is a plus
Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset
