Job description for Creative Director - Social Media Content at Ipang Wahid Stratejik
Who We Want:
We are seeking a highly imaginative and strategic Creative Lead to spearhead the development of compelling ideas for social media content, and other communication materials. This individual will be a visionary leader with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing creative teams and a proven track record of success in the advertising and content creation industry for at least 5 years. They will be a master storyteller with a deep understanding of various media platforms and the ability to translate brand messages into engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a creative vision for TVCs, social media content, and other communication materials aligned with the overall communication strategy.
- Lead and mentor a team of creatives, including copywriters, designers, videographers, and social media specialists.
- Brainstorm and generate original ideas for campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop creative briefs and ensure clear communication of campaign goals and brand messaging to the creative team.
- Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final execution.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Strategic Planner, and Public Relations teams to ensure creative alignment with overall project goals.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and content creation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Creative Director or a similar senior-level creative lead role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in the advertising and content creation industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns across various media platforms (social media, digital, print, etc.).
- Strong understanding of storytelling principles and the ability to translate brand messages into engaging narratives.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a creative team.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- A strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation strategies.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in the government , banking and political communication project.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work across different media.
- Experience working with social media analytics and performance metrics.
Starting date: as soon as possible
Type of contract: Temporary contract (3 months or 6 months)
