Job description for Creative Content Specialist at Ghn Express
JOB BRIEF:
We are looking for a Creative content specialist who is proactive, passionate, and CREATIVE to join the Marketing Team. You will be responsible for creating top-quality written content, from inbound to outbound marketing campaigns.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Developing a strong understanding of both company and industry's products, competitors, industry, and marketing goals and objectives.
2. Understanding analytics and data and using them to create effective content strategies.
3. Develop unique, engaging, customer-focused content strategies that appeal to different demographics to align with key content pillars across all online and offline channels.
4. Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email, mail/print campaigns, and events to drive customer acquisition:
● Growth of followers and engagement on organic social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and Youtube, create engaging posts.
● Lead content production, including creative photo, video, campaign briefs, and product launches.
● Creation and maintenance of content calendar and inbound social media content strategy.
● Keeping up to date with the latest trends across social, including the latest ad formats, social media updates, etc.
5. Maintenance and development of the tone of voice for the company's brands through press releases and other communications.
6. Other tasks assigned by the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. EXPERIENCE:
● Proven work experience, at least 3 years, as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar roles.
● Proven work experience in creating content for Social Media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, …
● Portfolio of published articles
● Experience in fact-checking long-form content pieces
● Experience in public relations, both traditional and digital, is a plus.
● Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in marketing agencies.
2. SKILLS
● A high level of CREATIVITY, superior attention to detail, and impeccable writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
● High productivity.
● Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
● An understanding of SEO best practices.
● Excellent research, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
● Strong listening and communication skills.
● The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
● Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
● Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
