About the Role
Treelogy (Premium Organic Moringa) is looking for a hands-on Creative Content Producer to own the entire content lifecycle, from ideation and scripting through shooting, editing, and platform-ready delivery. You'll build and maintain our living visual bank, produce a steady stream of content for Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Ads, and ensure every asset reflects the quiet authority and warmth of the Treelogy brand. This is a maker role: you concept, you shoot, you edit, you deliver.
Responsibilities
- Concept, script, shoot, and edit content for Instagram (stills, carousels, Reels), TikTok, and Meta Ads (static and video)
- Produce both polished premium content and authentic UGC-style content, and know when to use each
- Build and maintain a structured visual bank (Brand & Storytelling, Product Ecosystem, Lifestyle/UGC, Problem-Solution)
- Organize footage and photos into a searchable master catalog with clear naming and tagging
- Plan and run quarterly deep shoots (2-3 days) and monthly light shoots (1 day), managing logistics end to end
- Handle post-production: color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and platform-specific exports
- Develop hooks, scripts, and visual concepts aligned with Treelogy's brand codex
- Review content/ad performance data to inform future shoots and creative direction
Requirements
- 3+ years of end-to-end content production experience with a visible portfolio
- Strong videography and photography skills, comfortable with professional and mobile setups
- Proficient in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom and/or Capture One, After Effects or equivalent
- Experience producing for multiple platforms (IG, TikTok, Meta Ads) simultaneously
- Rigorous file management habits
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working English proficiency
Nice to Have
- Experience in wellness, beauty, FMCG, or health supplement branding
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva Pro, Figma, or Photoshop)
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager
- Drone operation capability
Working Conditions
Based in Bali with regular travel to Treelogy's farm in Karangasem and production factory. Mix of on-location shoots and post-production desk work. Standard 5-day work week with flexibility around shoot schedules.
