Job description for Course Consultant - English 1 Taman Mini at English 1 (HS Group)

The Role
Although the Course Consultant role focuses on sales, he/she needs to have a good appreciation of the education industry and English 1 products to be able to give a solid academic justification for every piece of advice.
What Exactly Will You Be Doing?
You will be responsible for providing sales consultations to first-time customers, effectively identifying their needs, introducing appropriate products, and selling English 1 products to help meet their needs.
- Build strong rapport and trust with customers, maintain good relationships, and get referrals
- Invite and consult customers on their needs and interests, and develop a suitable study plan during the consultation
- Pitch the most suitable program, and achieve the sales target
- Actively collaborate in marketing and sales activities outside of the center
- Other admin and operational duties and responsibilities are assigned by the company or when needed

Other Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a S1 in Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent with a Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Availability to work 6 Day(s)/week
- Willing to be placed in English 1 Taman Mini
